Well Child Care
By following the schedule recommended by the AAP, we can check your child at critical stages in their development. We can also keep you up-to-date on the latest information to help you keep your family healthy. You can also inform us on any of your concerns and questions about your child’s health or development.

First Month of Life - we will often see your child several times in this fast changing month. If we don't see you in the hospital, call us the day you go home so we can schedule you appropriately. Click Here for Handouts.
2 Months Old - Rapidly growing, your baby is starting to smile and interact with her world. Immunizations: DTaP, Hib, PCV, IPV, RV (may be in combination shots) Click Here for Handouts.
4 Months Old - We will discuss new adventures with solid foods and teaching your baby how to be a good sleeper. Immunizations: DTaP, Hib, PCV, IPV, RV (may be in combination shots) Click Here for Handouts.
6 Months Old - More discussion about the slow transition to table foods and childproofing the house. Immunizations: DTaP, Hib, PCV, IPV, RV, HepB (may be in combination shots) Click Here for Handouts.
9 Months Old - Your baby is struggling with attachment and her need for independence. Immunizations: (Only catch-up if behind) Click Here for Handouts.
12 Months Old - Your baby will walk soon and we will discuss keeping them safe, happy and curious. Immunizations: MMR, Var, PCV, HepA (may be in combination shots). Will also do a finger prick to check Lead and Hemoglobin. Click Here for Handouts.
15 Months Old - Your child is probably learning to talk, and has learned to say "no" to everything. Immunizations: DTaP, Hib. Click Here for Handouts.
18 Months Old - Becoming more independent, your child safety is important. It is also time to start to give your child the love of reading. Immunizations: HepA. Click Here for Handouts.
